At Enterprise Electrical, we know that keeping your machines running is critical. Working on industrial machinery is our core business, not just a side-line to house wiring which is often the case with other electrical companies.
Fulltime on-site service
A number of our clients use our electricians for fulltime on-site service. Electricians can be supplied either on an ongoing basis or to provide coverage when a customer’s own electricians are on leave or where extra resource is required during projects. There are many benefits to this arrangement, including preferential rates, availability of backup when required, retention of plant knowledge and no employment or compliance issues.
Breakdowns
We will provide electricians with industrial experience if you have a breakdown on one of your machines. They will be able to fault-find the problem and make repairs to get you up and running again as quickly as possible.
Planned Maintenance
In order to prevent unplanned stoppages it is critical that your plant is maintained in good condition. Our electricians can carry out all preventative maintenance checks required and make repairs or recommendations if problems are found. We can work to your own internal CMMS system or develop a schedule of preventative maintenance checks for your plant that will cost-effectively target any potential issues.
Preventative maintenance checks might include:
- Visual inspection of components and cabling
- Safety system testing and compliance
- Control panel maintenance and filter cleaning
- Terminal tightening
- Calibration checks
In all cases, our friendly, professional team will liaise with production and maintenance managers to ensure minimum disruption to your production schedule.
